This property is on the west side of beautiful Silver Lake in Laona, WI and is available for year-round activities.
THE CABIN
Our cabin offers spacious room for 10 people
Equipped with free WiFi, boat launch 150’ away, several Smart TVs, all-home handicap access with elevator, grill station with gas grill, Blackstone flat top grill, and pellet grill

✓ 2 full baths: 1 bath on each level, both handicap accessible, 3 showers (1 bath/shower combo)

- Sand beach – zero entry with Adirondack chairs
- Boat/fishing dock – an extension of the easy-sloped sidewalk (handicap accessible to the end of the dock)

- Kayaks (2 sit-in kayaks, 1 fishing kayak)
- Stand-up paddleboards x 2
- Tiki firepit and numerous bag chairs
- NEW 12’x14’ beachfront tiki bar pergola with 10’ bar, stools and outdoor dining area
- NEW 12’x12’ grilling station pergola
- Several adult & children’s peddle bikes

Your Winter Stay Includes:
- Large driveway for parking larger vehicles, campers, trailers, ATVs/UTVs, snowmobiles
- 2-car garage with warmed storage for winter activity equipment, such as helmets & snow gear
- 2-man ice fishing pullover and 6 man pullover available for use for FREE (if you don’t want to haul your gear)
- Inside family activities: games, puzzles, Smart TVs, electric fireplace, arts & crafts room, DVD player with extensive DVD collection

- Memorial Day – Labor Day Weeknights: $275/night + tax
- Memorial Day to Labor Day, Friday & Saturday nights: $325/night + tax
- Labor Day – Memorial Day: $250/night + tax
- 50% down upon booking; remaining 50% due 30 days prior to stay

General Policies
- Check In is any time after 3 PM and is self-check-in with code
- Check Out is 11 AM
- Changes to Check In/Out times must be approved 24 hrs in advance
- 2-night Minimum Stay is required
- No Pets allowed at this time
- Smoking allowed in designated area but not inside the home
Cancellations may be accepted and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will generally not be given within 7 days of check-in.

What is the cost?

What if I have to cancel?

Is there a minimum stay?
Yes. A 2-night Minimum Stay is required.
Is the cabin handicap accessible?
Yes. The cabin is equipped with an elevator that is accessed through the garage and opens to the main and lower levels. There is a handicap ramp directly into master bedroom and entire cabin is wheelchair accessible including MBR handicap shower. Outside access is a gradual concrete sidewalk for handicap access all the way to the end of the dock.
How much parking is available?
The oversized driveway allows parking of larger vehicles, campers, trailers, ATVs/UTVs, snowmobiles. The two-car garage is available for use and has warmed storage for winter activity equipment like helmets and snow gear.
Is there a boat available for guests?
Yes. We have a 20′ pontoon boat on the property available for rent (in addition to property rental agreement).

How far are the trails?
The cabin is ideally located a half mile away from easy to access ATV/UTV & snowmobile trails. Please check local trail guides to ensure trails are open and ready for use.
